Below are 3 examples of support packages available through Global. For those wishing to keep things simple we have our Pay As You Go service, available on an ad-hoc basis.

For those companies requiring a priority response over and above that of the Pay As You Go service, along with a discounted labour rate, we would recommend that you purchase a 20 hour Advanced Engineering Package.

Should you require all the benefits of an internal IT team but at a fraction of the cost, we would recommend that you purchase a Network Support Agreement, as this provides you with the highest priority level of support and these agreements can also be tailored to suit the needs of many businesses.

  • Pay as you go:

This service provides you with a Microsoft Certified Engineer on an hourly basis and is commonly used for installation purposes and for IT support that does not require a priority response. Engineers labour is charged at our standard rate of £85.00 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge) and is calculated to the nearest quarter of an hour.

  • Advanced Engineering Hours:

This service offers customers the opportunity to purchase 10 or more engineering hours up front, to use as and when required. As a reward for your commitment you will receive a discounted labour rate for purchases of 20 hours and over, plus a priority response over and above our ‘Pay as you go’ service.

  • Network Support Agreement:

This service is designed for the customer who requires a tailor made support package and can include Server Support (O/S, Email, Backup & AV), Workstation Support (O/S & MS Office), Vendor Management, Hardware Maintenance, Router & Firewall Support, Proactive Server Monitoring, Smart Phone & Blackberry Support, Upgradeable Response Times & Unlimited On-Site Support.
